The aim of this introductory programme is to help you better understand the concept of relaxation and how this can help you better manage your mental health and overall wellbeing. This also introduces you to some brief relaxation exercises that you can read through and start to try out. This module can work well alongside the modules covering anxiety and worry, but is a standalone as well, for anyone wanting some stress management tips.
